Wedding Menu Selector

To assist in planning your special day the choices below have been compiled to help you make your choice.

These can be adapted to fit your own personal requirements,
we would be happy to discuss alternative menus with you for your special day.

Please select one dish for each course, we would request
that you choose one menu for your entire party.

 Oak smoked salmon served with horseradish sauce and garnished with
a watercress salad (£2.75 supp)
Sweet potato and chive soup (V)
Garlic mushrooms en croute (V)
Prawn and avocado tian served with a roasted red pepper dressing
Crescent of seasonal melon garnished with a mango coulis (V)
Chicken ceaser salad garnished with croutons (£1.95 supp)


Roast leg of lamb served with a lemon and thyme stuffing (£2.95 supp)
Chicken Dyonaise served with a white wine sauce
Salmon hollandaise sat on a bed of wilted greens
Sirloin of beef served with a shallot and red wine jus (£3.95 supp)
Roast loin of pork served with a caramelised apple sauce
finished with cream
Fillets of Sole Veronique
(Served with a selection of fresh market vegetables and new potatoes)

The dishes below can be adapted for vegans, or any other special dietary requirements
